Transparent resident operations, without the complexity
OpenCourtyard gives residential communities the tools to communicate clearly, make decisions democratically, and keep everything documented—without enterprise software or enterprise prices.
Born from real frustration
OpenCourtyard started the way most resident committees start: with a WhatsApp group that grew unmanageable, documents scattered across email threads, and decisions that nobody could remember making.
We spent years watching committees struggle with tools built for offices, not communities. In 2025, we started building what we wished existed—developing features alongside the residents of Trinity Walk in London, with the people who use it every day.
The result is a proper operations platform for residential communities—replacing the scattered tools and workarounds that committees have made do with for too long.
